Software Solutions
The guided software layer that turns your existing documents and system exports into a living, updatable evidence package for Digital Product Passports, starting with the EU Battery Passport.
Why it matters
A passport is a living record, not a one-off file.
Each Digital Product Passport is reached through a QR code and has to stay accurate and current for the life of the product. Supplier updates and material changes should flow into that record without rebuilding it. Spreadsheets can't do that.
What's included
A living evidence package, not a static file.
- Upload or connect the documents and system exports you already hold
- Structured gap analysis against the applicable passport data model
- Human confirmation of high-trust data points before anything is published
- A living evidence package that supports dynamic GS1 Digital Link QR codes and standard export formats
- An evidence graph that stays current: supplier updates and material changes flow through without rebuilding the record
- Product category handled as configuration: the Battery Passport first, and the same core for each Digital Product Passport category that follows
Where it fits
Steps 4 to 5 of a PASSready project.
The guided software layer that turns documents and system exports into a living evidence package behind each passport.
- Step 04
Create a cohesive, structured and exportable data format
Capture the required information in a software-readable form that can support compliant QR codes and Digital Product Passports, for batteries first and other product categories as they are defined.
- Step 05
Develop the QR code and data process
Keep the underlying information accurate, complete, current, machine-readable and interoperable rather than producing a static QR code.
